10 steps when incorporating in Namibia in 2022
- Prior to commencing the Namibia company incorporation process, our Client will i) settle Bejarano ADF Consultants’ incorporation fees, ii) sign and return our Client engagement letter and iii) provide us all the required due diligence documents;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will draft the detailed engagement project plan. This plan will map out, week by week, each step to engagement completion, optimising transparency and settling Client expectations;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will assist our Client decide i) the company name and ii) the optimum corporate structure. Next, we will carry out a company name search and thereafter proceed to reserve the name;
- Our Client will then supply Bejarano ADF Consultants with a lease agreement of their office premises. If our Client does not have a business premise, Bejarano ADF Consultants will provide virtual office services for the first six months or until our Client finds a business address;
- Next, our experts will courier the incorporation documents for our Client’s signature in front of a public notary and courier return. The, we will submit all the documents to the Registrar of Companies and obtain the certificate of incorporation;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will then proceed to open a corporate bank account for the company, after which the Client will deposit the initial capital;
- We will then request a fire and health inspection so as to obtain a certificate of fitness from the Municipality;
- As soon as our Client’s company is incorporated, Bejarano ADF Consultants will register for taxes with the Ministry of Finance;
- Next Bejarano ADF Consultants will register the company employees with the Social Security Commission as well as the Workmen’s Compensation Commission;
- Following the company incorporation engagement completion, Bejarano ADF Consultants will courier a full company kit to our Client, including original documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey.
