  5. Bejarano ADF Consultants thereafter purchases legal stamps from the office of the representative of the tax administration at the Company Formalities Centre (CFE) in Mali;
  6. Concurrently, we i) register for taxes ii) applies for the tribunal de commerce and the statistical office iii) provides proof of the payment of patent at the Company Formalities Centre (CFE);
  7. Bejarano ADF Consultants’ Mali Incorporation Team then submits all the required documentation to the Company Formalities Centre and obtains a registration certificate;
  8. Subsequently, Bejarano ADF Consultants publishes a notice of the new company’s incorporation in the local national newspaper;
  9. Bejarano ADF Consultants thereafter assists our Client to open a corporate bank account with a leading bank in Mali that offers excellent internet banking;
  10.
