10 steps to incorporate in Greece in 2022

1. Prior to incorporating a legal entity in Greece, Bejarano ADF Consultants expects Clients to i) settle the Bejarano ADF Consultants engagement process fee ii) sign and return the Client engagement agreement letter and iii) provide all the required due diligence documents;
2. Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed company incorporation engagement project plan mapping out step by step incorporation engagement process and corporate bank account opening process in order to optimize transparency and to set the Client’s expectations towards the engagement completion;
3. Bejarano ADF Consultants Incorporation Team prepares and sends our Client a Memorandum and Articles of Association together with the shareholders and directors consent forms for the Client’s signature and subsequent courier return to Bejarano ADF Consultants head office;
4. Bejarano ADF Consultants Greece Incorporation Team then conducts a company name search with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in order to verify the uniqueness of the proposed company name;
5. Bejarano ADF Consultants International Banking Team assists our Client to open a corporate bank account and deposits the required share capital with an international top tier bank in Greece with excellent internet banking facility to provide our Client with the best corporate banking experience;
6. Bejarano ADF Consultants Greece Incorporation Team then i) obtains the tax clearance from the Greece Tax Authority and ii) submits an application with the Chamber of Commerce office at GEMI and registers the company iii) notifies the Greece Insurance Organization (OAEE) of the new company’s registration in Greece;
7. Subsequently, Bejarano ADF Consultants Incorporation Team commissions a vendor to prepare a company seal containing the tax registration number and tax office for the newly incorporated Greek company;
8. If required, Bejarano ADF Consultants will register employees for social security with i) the Greece Social Insurance Institute (IKA) and ii) the Insurance Organization of the Self Employed (OAEE);
