10 steps to incorporating in North Macedonia in 2022
- Prior to North Macedonia company incorporation, our Client i) settles Bejarano ADF Consultants’ incorporation fees, ii) signs and returns our Client engagement letter and iii) provides us all the required due diligence documents;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed North Macedonia company setup engagement project plan. This plan will map out, week by week, each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency and settling Client expectations;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants assists our Client to decide on i) proposed company’s name and ii) the optimum corporate structure including directors and shareholders;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will collect all necessary due diligence from our Client and details of the proposed company’s activities and then proceed to open a corporate bank account for the company with one of the recommended banks in North Macedonia and then if required, deposit the required initial capital into the corporate bank account and obtain a deposit slip;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will then reserve the company name with the Central Register of North Macedonia and obtain a name reservation certificate. After this, Bejarano ADF Consultants will courier all registration documents to our Client to sign and send back and then we will have them notarized;
- Next Bejarano ADF Consultants will engage the services of an accredited registration agent who will prepare the application and the accompanying company deeds, and also to convert paper documents issued by other institutions needed for establishing the company into electronic form, to digitally sign and submit them through the existing system for e-registration of the Central Register;
- After that, Bejarano ADF Consultants will register the company at the Public Revenue Office and obtain the tax identification number (TIN);
- Then Bejarano ADF Consultants will obtain a municipal business license and a municipal registration card from the municipality where the business is located;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants will then order the company seal from one of the private companies located close to the Central Register;
- Following the company incorporation engagement completion, Bejarano ADF Consultants will courier a full company kit to our Client, including original documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey.
