PRE-INCORPORATION STEPS

4. Name reservation: Our Client provides us with their preferred three unique company names. Bejarano ADF Consultants reserves company name with the Central Registry of Business Entities of the Tax Administration (CRBE) and obtains Company Forms;

INCORPORATION STEPS

1. Company seal: Before the company can engage in any legal transactions it has to acquire a company seal. Bejarano ADF Consultants can prepare a company seal through a professional seal maker within a day;
2. Company registration: Bejarano ADF Consultants then submits all the certified corporate documents to the Central Registry of Business Entities of the Tax Administration (CRBE) and registers the company with the Commercial Courts. We then obtain i) company registration certificate ii) the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and iii) the VAT tax number and customs authorization;

POST-INCORPORATION STEPS

1. Business premises: Bejarano ADF Consultants assists our Client to locate a city center business premises in their preferred Kuwaiti Municipality and recruit local staff;
2. Bank account opening: Just prior to registering for tax, Bejarano ADF Consultants banking team assists our Client to apply for a corporate bank account for the new company with a leading bank in Montenegro. Bejarano ADF Consultants will assist our Client to secure the bank account without their need to travel;
3. Tax registration: Bejarano ADF Consultants then submits i) the company single registration form and ii) the corporate bank account certificate to and registers the company with the Tax Administration;
4. Municipality notification: After successfully completing the incorporation process, Bejarano ADF Consultants notifies the relevant Montenegro Municipality authority of its existence and settles the notification fees;
5. Engagement completion: Following the receipt of all necessary inspection approvals and company documents, Bejarano ADF Consultants couriers a full company kit to our Client, including original corporate documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey.
