10 steps to incorporating in Kyrgyzstan in 2022
- Prior to commencing the company incorporation process, our Client i) settles Bejarano ADF Consultants’ fees, ii) signs and returns our Client Engagement Letter and iii) provide us all the required due diligence documents;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants helps Client to understand how to set up a company in Kyrgyzstan by drafting the detailed engagement project plan, mapping out by week each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency, and setting Client expectations;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants prepares and submits incorporation documents to the Ministry of Justice;
- Our Client supplies Bejarano ADF Consultants with a lease agreement for their office premises. If this is not possible, Bejarano ADF Consultants will supply virtual office services for 6 months until our Client finds their preferred business address;
- Next, Bejarano ADF Consultants assists our Client open a temporary corporate bank account with Bank of Asia or the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants obtains a certification of registration for the legal entity, containing the OKPO code and INN code (tax payer number) while establishing a company in Kyrgyzstan;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants obtains company seal to be made by a specialized seal-making company for Kyrgyzstan business formation;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants arranges for signature specimen cards from the bank in Kyrgyzstan to be sent to our Client. Once our Client has signed the specimen cards in the presence of a notary and returned them to Bejarano ADF Consultants, a permanent bank account can be opened on behalf of our Client;
- Following engagement completion, Bejarano ADF Consultants couriers a full company kit to our Client, including original Kyrgyzstan corporate documents, unopened bank correspondence, Kyrgyzstan accountants and a Client feedback survey;
- To support the Kyrgyzstan business during Kyrgyzstan company set up, Bejarano ADF Consultants provides our Client a Kyrgyzstan business address for invoicing purposes. Additionally, many Clients request telephone, fax, and email support for their company following entity establishment. Alternatively, our Client may request Bejarano ADF Consultants to provide a full Kyrgyzstan virtual office.
