- Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed project plan for Jamaica business incorporation. This project plan will map out, week by week, each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency and settling our Clients’ expectations;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants assists our Client to decide on i) the proposed company’s name and ii) the optimum corporate structure of the company to be incorporated in Jamaica. When this is done, Bejarano ADF Consultants will reserve the proposed company name;
- Our Client will then supply Bejarano ADF Consultants with a lease agreement of their office premises in Jamaica. If our Client does not have a business premise, Bejarano ADF Consultants will provide virtual office services in Jamaica until our Client finds a business address;
