10 steps to incorporate in Haiti in 2022
- Prior to incorporating a legal entity in Haiti, Bejarano ADF Consultants expects Clients to i) settle the Bejarano ADF Consultants engagement process fee ii) sign and return the Client engagement agreement letter and iii) provide all the required due diligence documents;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed company incorporation engagement project plan mapping out a step by step incorporation engagement process and corporate bank account opening process in order to optimize transparency and to set the Client’s expectations towards the engagement completion;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants Haiti Incorporation Team i) prepares the Memorandum and Articles of Association ii) proceeds to notarizes the M&AA and company deeds before a notary public in Haiti;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants assists our Client to open a bank account with a Haiti National Bank and deposit the required minimal share capital and obtain receipt of deposit;
- Consequently, Bejarano ADF Consultants Incorporation Team i) registers the companies statutes with the Director General of Taxes (DGI) ii) continues to register the company with the commercial registry of the Haitian Ministry of Commerce and Industry and obtain a operation rights;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants Incorporation Team obtains i) the tax identification number (NIF) from the Tax Authorities together with the certificate of patent ii) the professional identification card from the Ministry of Commerce;

- Following successful incorporation of the Haiti company, Bejarano ADF Consultants will courier, to our Client’s preferred international address, the complete company kit including i) original corporate documents ii) an unopened bank correspondence and iii) Client engagement feedback survey.
