10 steps to incorporating in Dominica in 2022
- Before incorporating a corporate entity in the Commonwealth of Dominica, our Client will i) settle Bejarano ADF Consultants’ fees ii) mail us all the necessary due diligence documents iii) sign and return our Client engagement letter;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed Dominica company setup engagement project plan, mapping out by week each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency, and setting Client’s expectations;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants incorporation team conducts a company name search and reserves the proposed company name with the companies registry;
- After preparation of the incorporation documents and the M&AA, Bejarano ADF Consultants will present the documents for verification by an attorney;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants then proceeds to legally incorporate the company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Office and obtain a certificate of incorporation;
- Bejarano ADF Consultants’ incorporation team registers with the Dominica Inland Revenue Division to i) obtain a tax payer identification number and ii) register for Value Added Tax (VAT);
- Subsequently, Bejarano ADF Consultants will register the company with the Dominica Social Security (DSS) office and receive a social security employer number;
- If required, Bejarano ADF Consultants’ international banking team assists our Client to open a corporate bank account with excellent internet banking;
- If required by our Client, Bejarano ADF Consultants will i) register with the Physical Planning Division for construction permits ii) register with the Dominica International Maritime Registry iii) seek permits from other Dominica government agencies wherever applicable;
- Following engagement completion, Bejarano ADF Consultants then couriers a complete company kit to our Client’s preferred international address, containing the corporate documents including original Dominica company incorporation documents, unopened bank correspondence and a Client feedback survey.
