  1. Before incorporating a corporate entity in the Commonwealth of Dominica, our Client will i) settle Bejarano ADF Consultants’ fees ii) mail us all the necessary due diligence documents iii) sign and return our Client engagement letter;
  2. Bejarano ADF Consultants drafts a detailed Dominica company setup engagement project plan, mapping out by week each step to engagement completion, optimizing transparency, and setting Client’s expectations;
  3. Bejarano ADF Consultants incorporation team conducts a company name search and reserves the proposed company name with the companies registry;
  4. After preparation of the incorporation documents and the M&AA, Bejarano ADF Consultants will present the documents for verification by an attorney;
  5. Bejarano ADF Consultants then proceeds to legally incorporate the company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Office and obtain a certificate of incorporation;
  6. Bejarano ADF Consultants’ incorporation team registers with the Dominica Inland Revenue Division to i) obtain a tax payer identification number and ii) register for Value Added Tax (VAT);
